The Brief
Following successful completion of previous McDonalds, Aldi and Costa units on the same development, GBR Electrical were appointed to deliver a new staff welfare unit at the North Wales Retail Park.
The electrical works included a design and build package consisting of new distribution; power and lighting, alongside life-safety fire and emergency systems
The Outcome
The development was delivered on time and within budget, providing a new functional space for retail staff complete with modern, well-lit, practical environment for staff use. The upgraded services improve comfort, usability and reliability, supporting the client’s commitment to employee wellbeing.
