Liverpool Football Club - Oxford Street

The Brief

GBR Electrical were appointed on behalf of Liverpool Football Club for the development of its flagship London store, located on the prestigious Oxford Street, with an estimated annual footfall of over 25 million visitors. 

As part of the package, GBR Electrical were responsible for strip out of the existing unit and full electrical refurbishment, with an objective to deliver a modern, fully compliant retail space, whilst maintaining programme control against a strict deadline. 

The works involved the coordinated refurbishment of the retail space, including new critical data infrastructure, electrical distribution modifications and lighting and power upgrades aligned to the clients brand and operational requirements. 

Our 7th development for Liverpool Football Club was delivered within a strict timeframe whilst ensuring compliance with all client and regulatory requirements. Our design-led approach ensured any inefficiencies were identified early, reducing variations and programme risk, whilst delivery a world class retail space for a global brand.
