The Brief
Appointed by valued client Stainforth Construction, GBR Electrical were responsible for the delivery of a comprehensive design and build, consisting of the electrical infrastructure package as part of wider site improvement works.
The project required the installation of new external and internal electrical systems to support operational, safety and compliance requirements across the development.
The scope included new car park and external lighting; installation of a 630a Schneider Iline panel to feed all site requirements; petrol interceptor; internal containment for all electrical supplies, and the provision of dedicated power supplies for life-safety and specialist systems.
The Outcome
The project was delivered safely to a strict programme and in full compliance with Home Bargains’ technical and operational standards. Close coordination with all stakeholders ensured the works were completed efficiently throughout.
The upgraded electrical infrastructure provides enhanced site safety, efficient lighting levels and reliable power distribution across the car park, external fascias, service areas and garden centre, Life-safety systems including external emergency lighting and sprinkler pump supplies were successfully integrated, delivering a robust and future-ready installation.
