The Brief

GBR Electrical were appointed to undertake all electrical works to the shop fit out and petrol forecourt on a 20-week project to the new to industry development. The scope of works required a turnkey design and build solution to meet the clients requirements, whilst ensure regulatory compliance. 

The electrical package was inclusive of all mains distribution, underground cabling to forecourt services; power and data requirement to petrol pumps and the shop interior; shop and forecourt lighting, as well as a comprehensive fire and emergency lighting system.

The project was delivered snag free within the strict handover deadline, providing a complete design and build electrical package, coordinating closely with the principal contractor in order to achieve practical completion.
